deadseacosmetics.co is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, Suite 70, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or with PayPal. An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a price or product listing contains an obvious error, with a full refund.
3. Shipping
Shipping terms, times and the free-shipping threshold are set out on our Shipping page. Orders ship direct from our supplier with tracking.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation windows, return periods and applicable fees are set out in our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Product information
Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Always read the label and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Limited Liability Indemnity page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
